Q: Why does the washer stop working during the wash cycle?

A: It is possible that the motor activates overheat protection. The motor has overheat protection and will automatically stop working when it reaches 275℉, which increases safety and extends the service life of the motor.

Q: How can I avoid the washer to start overheating protection?

A: Do not overload or use for too long. Follow the recommended maximum load and wash times.

Q: Can the washer continue to work after activating the overheat protection?

A: The washer will work again after 20-30 minutes.

Q: What do I do if the machine won't drain?

A: 1. Make sure the drain height is less than 45 inches 2. Check if the drain hose is bent or clogged.

TROUBLESHOOT

The washer doesn't drain properly.

1. Check for kinks in the drain hose. We recommend a drain height of no more than 45 inches.

2. Check that the machine can drain by gravity:

- Unplug the machine, put down the whole drain hose and put the end into a washbasin.

- Add half of the water to the spin dryer.

- If no water comes out, the machine's drainage system may be clogged.
