The Swiss Colony began by shipping 50 packages of cheese as Christmas gifts in 1926, and eventually built the country’s largest hand-decorating bakery.

Founded by Ray Kubly in 1926, we started out selling fine Wisconsin cheeses and eventually added sausages, hams and handcrafted baked goods and confections. With the nation’s largest hand-decorating bakery, we proudly combine the latest creations with award-winning Petits Fours, Butter Toffee, Christmas Fruitcakes and other favorites.
